ProGlide Hood The hood slides smoothly on anti-friction guides. Activated by a system of levers, it does not buckle/ jam if grasped from a corner. It’s weight is counter-balanced, with a low lifting force of 3 kgs, increasing productivity and reducing operator fatigue. It is of the double skin insulated type, lowering heat and noise emissions.

DuoFLo Pump

DuoFLo Pump Conventional pumps distribute water through a T or Y connector, wasting 25-30% power. Our products eliminate this wastage by using 1 inlet and 2 outlets without a divider, lowering noise by 50%. Effectively, a 470W DuoFlo Pump delivers the same performance as a conventional 650W pump, enabling maximum efficiency with minimum energy.

Archimedes Drainage System

Archimedes Drainage System In a normal rinse cycle, 3 litres of clean water wastes 1 litre of water by drainage. The Archimedes’ principle allows a 67-85% increase in water used to regenerate detergent solution in the tank. The water is forced to the bottom, partly discharging dirt. This results in lower water refresh, slow soiling of wash water and 10% lower detergent concentration.

NRG Heat Recovery System

NRG Heat Recovery System After rinsing, the steam present is captured and condensed, increasing the temperature of intake water by 25°C. This fully automatic process lasts 30 minutes and saves energy via a 40% reduction in rinse water temperature. This results in enhanced operator comfort, as saturated steam is not emitted upon opening the hood.
